Ignite The Future

Straight answers, before you have to ask

The questions that come up on the first call, answered the way we answer them on the call.

These are the group questions: what ITF is, where it works, how buying works, and who owns what at the end. Anything specific to one division is answered on that division's own pages.

What ITF is

Q01

What does ITF actually do?

Seven things under one registration: security readiness, training, facility management, hygiene products, software, healthcare compliance and management system consultancy. They share one operating method and one records standard. Everything else on this site is detail underneath those seven.

Q02

Is ITF one company or several?

One company, Ignite The Future Company, with one commercial registration and seven divisions inside it. It is structured so it can hold subsidiaries later.

Q03

Do you certify ISO management systems?

No. We prepare organisations for certification. The audit and the certificate come from an accredited certification body that you choose.

Q04

Who makes the Hygienix chemicals?

A partner factory with its own chemists makes every chemical in the range. Hygienix matches them zone by zone with the colour-coded tools, instruments and dosing units that go with them.

Q05

Who will we actually deal with?

The people who will run the work. You meet them at the scoping call or the survey, before you sign anything.

02

Which division to start with

Most people know the symptom rather than the category. Find the sentence that sounds like the one in your head.

The sentence in your headWhere to start
A customer wants our security policies and a penetration test reportCyber. We write the policies, scope the test, help you choose a qualified provider to run it, and follow the findings through to the retest.
Our crew does not know why any of this mattersTraining. Competence is the gap that comes back as a repeat finding, and a repeat finding is the one an auditor escalates.
The building keeps breaking and nobody has a scheduleFM. The survey produces an asset register and the schedule is built against it, so the argument about what is due stops being an argument.
We fail on cleaning and chemicals at every inspectionHygienix. The zone plan matches the chemical, the tool, the instrument and the dosing unit to each area, which is where most hygiene programmes fall apart.
We passed, but nobody can find the evidenceDigital first, Consult second. This is a records and handoff problem, and software closes it better than another procedure does.
Our CBAHI survey date is on the wallHealth. The non-clinical evidence, worked backwards from the survey date. Health also runs revenue cycle work for practices whose claims keep coming back.
We have an audit in eleven weeks and no systemConsult. Your documentation (manual, procedures, forms): within a week of the gap analysis. Then your team runs it. Before the certification audit, that means at least one internal audit and one management review, with the records to show them. You and your certification body set the pace.
More than one of these is true at onceStart with whichever is on fire. The cycle is the same in each division and none of them waits on another, so sequencing is a choice rather than a dependency.
03

Money, quotes and contracts

Q01

Do you publish prices?

No. A price given before a survey is a number the supplier intends to revise. Every recurring scope here depends on assets, zones, sites, systems or delegates that have to be counted first, so the quotation follows the survey.

Q02

What happens to work found after the quotation?

It is quoted as a separate variation, with its own number, so the original scope stays readable.

Q03

Can I use one division without the others?

Yes. Each division can be bought on its own, and none of them waits on another to start.

Q04

What is the smallest piece of work you will take?

Single pieces of work are normal: one internal audit, one course, one survey, one build. The arrangement we advise against is a one-month trial of a programme whose whole value is the record it builds over a year, because both sides end up disappointed.

Q05

Who owns software you build for us?

It is agreed in writing in the specification, before the build starts. Ask every supplier that question, and treat a vague answer as an answer.

04

The work, the records and the people

Q01

Where do you operate?

We are based in Riyadh and work on site across Saudi Arabia. Software, remote consultancy, security advisory and revenue cycle work are delivered remotely, for organisations anywhere. The coverage page has the detail by division.

Q02

Who actually does the work?

The division you contracted. Where part of the work is subcontracted, such as a specialist trade in facilities work, the subcontractor is named in the scope before the work starts rather than discovered on site by your own staff.

Q03

What language do you work in?

English, and Arabic where the work needs it, which is agreed in the scope. Remote work is delivered in English.

Q04

Who owns the records ITF produces?

You do. The records ITF produces for your site, your system or your team belong to you.

Q05

Will your records satisfy our auditor?

That is the standard the record format is built to, and it is why the format is fixed rather than left to whoever is on site that day. No supplier controls the outcome of an audit, so none of ours is promised.

Q06

Can you take over from our current supplier?

Yes, and it is ordinary work. The first thing rebuilt is the register, because handover packs are almost never complete. Expect the first month to surface things the outgoing supplier never recorded, and expect to be told about them.

Q07

What happens to our records if we part ways?

They go with you. Registers, reports, maps, logs and evidence packs are yours, in formats you can open without us.
