Twenty courses, filtered the way you buy
Every course on one page, cut by family and filtered by level, length, delivery, standard and role.
The ITF catalogue holds 20 courses in six families: emergency response, management systems, food safety, health and safety, operational discipline, and digital, plus a combined emergency response programme. Each course runs for half a day, one day or two days, on your site, at an arranged venue or live online, and ends in an ITF certificate of completion.
Courses
Level
Responder is the emergency response level. Its certificates are valid for one year; every other certificate carries no expiry.
Length
The filter most buyers reach for first, because releasing a shift is harder than paying for a day.
Delivery
Emergency response courses run on your site only, because the practical needs your extinguishers, your routes and your alarm.
Standard
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 carry their 2026 editions. ISO 45001 and ISO 22000 are on their 2018 editions.

Management system, food safety, HSE and digital courses run in Arabic, English, or Arabic delivery with English materials. Emergency response courses run in English as standard, with Arabic delivery quoted separately. Confirm the language at booking so the right trainer and handouts are scheduled.
Find your own organisation in it
Nine roles down the side and every course across the top, grouped by level, with a mark where the role needs the course and a course and contact-day total for each role. Read your own org chart down the rail and the gap is the blank cells. Awareness, implementation and internal audit are three different jobs rather than three rungs of seniority, and the responder band is the only one whose certificates carry a date.
Four sequences instead of a shopping list
Courses bought one at a time arrive in the wrong order: the internal auditor course before anyone has read the standard, the scheme course before the system exists. These four sequences fix the order, and each one is the natural shape of an in-house programme quote.
The 2026 transition
A site certified to ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 14001:2015, with a transition audit ahead.
ISO 9001:2026 was published on 16 September 2026 and ISO 14001:2026 on 15 April 2026. The ISO 9001 transition is expected to close in September 2029. The IAF resolution that fixes the mechanics has not been published, so we give no day-level date.
| In this order | Why this one | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| ISO 9001:2026 awareness | The people who maintain the system learn what moved | 1 day |
| ISO 14001:2026 awareness | Only where you hold the environmental certificate too | 1 day |
| Document and records control | The sweep for procedures still citing 2015 | ½ day |
| ISO 9001:2026 internal auditor | Your auditors test the new clauses before anyone external does | 2 days |
3½ to 4½ days. The internal auditor course comes last on purpose. A site that holds ISO 9001 only skips the second step. A site whose auditors are already trained still sends them to the last one, because auditing against the 2026 clauses is exactly what the transition audit will test.
Food facility QA
A QA officer or food safety coordinator in a plant, central kitchen, bakery or cold store.
| In this order | Why this one | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Food safety for food handlers | The hygiene basics a plan depends on | ½ day |
| HACCP to Codex, twelve steps | The hazard analysis, on your own product | 2 days |
| ISO 22000 awareness | The management system around the plan | 1 day |
| Document and records control | The records an auditor opens first | ½ day |
| Nonconformity and corrective action | Closing findings so they stay closed | ½ day |
| FSSC 22000 scheme requirements | Only where the site holds or is pursuing FSSC 22000 | 1 day |
4½ to 5½ days. Hygiene before hazard analysis, hazard analysis before the management system, the system before the scheme. Add root cause analysis before the corrective action half day if the site has repeat findings, and COSHH if cleaning chemical handling is a live risk, which on most food sites it is.
HSE officer
A site HSE officer in facilities, industrial or contracting work.
| In this order | Why this one | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| HSE general safety awareness | Core to the sequence. | 1 day |
| Risk assessment | Core to the sequence. | 1 day |
| COSHH chemical risk assessment | Core to the sequence. | ½ or 1 day |
| Permit to work | A supervisor who needs only the operational layer stops here | 1 day |
| ISO 45001 awareness | Core to the sequence. | 1 day |
| Root cause analysis | Core to the sequence. | 1 day |
| ISO 45001 internal auditor | Core to the sequence. | 2 days |
7½ to 8 days, usually spread over a quarter. The first four are the operational toolkit and pay back on the floor at once. The last three build and verify the management system. On most sites the HSE officer is also the first responder, so add the emergency response programme. Those certificates renew yearly; nothing else on this path expires.
QHSE coordinator
The person holding the ISO certificates together, often alongside another full-time job.
| In this order | Why this one | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| ISO 9001:2026 awareness | Core to the sequence. | 1 day |
| Document and records control | The workshop version, on your own register | 1 day |
| Risk assessment | Core to the sequence. | 1 day |
| Root cause analysis | Core to the sequence. | 1 day |
| Nonconformity and corrective action | Core to the sequence. | ½ day |
| ISO 9001:2026 internal auditor | Core to the sequence. | 2 days |
| The second standard | ISO 45001 or ISO 14001:2026 awareness, depending on your scope | 1 day |
| ISO 45001 internal auditor | Where the scope is integrated | 2 days |
| AI and digital tools in operations | Optional | 1 day |
7½ to 9½ days, plus an optional day. This is the path that turns one person into the owner of an integrated system. The optional day is on it because a coordinator running three standards alone carries more documentation than the role has hours for, and the AI course is the one that makes that load workable without losing the approval trail.
Two groups, one day each
A steel fabrication contractor in Jubail has a client prequalification visit coming and a yard that cannot release anyone for more than a day.
The HSE lead needs something for two groups: yard supervisors who sign permits, and a stores team that handles solvents and paint.
On this page the lead picks the Health and safety tab, filters Delivery to your site and tries Length at half day, then at one day, and finds COSHH and permit to work. The COSHH card shows the full-day option with the inventory workshop, which is the one a stores team with a hundred-odd products needs.
Both cards feed one proposal request. The proposal comes back as two separate days, run on the yard's own permit forms and in its own chemical store.
Asked about the catalogue
Can we combine two half-day courses into one day?
Yes, where both are half-day courses, such as COSHH with document control for a stores team. Each keeps its own assessment and its own certificate.
Why do some certificates expire and others do not?
Emergency response certificates are valid for one year, because fire response and life support are skills that decay without practice. A management system or skills certificate records what happened on a day, and that record does not go out of date. When a person needs retraining is your competence decision, and it belongs on your training matrix.
Are the courses available as open, public runs?
Every course here runs in-house on your dates. We confirm an open run only once its date is fixed. If you need one or two seats, ask, and we will tell you whether a run is planned rather than keep you waiting.
Is there a lead auditor course?
No. ITF does not offer lead auditor training. The courses here run from awareness to implementation to internal audit, which is the level an organisation's own audit programme needs.
Can you write a course that is not in the catalogue?
Tell us what the person needs to be able to do afterwards. We will say plainly whether it is something we can teach well, and if it is, it gets the same assessment and records as every course on this page.
Part of one system
Training closes a competence gap. If what is actually missing is the management system itself, the facility programme or the software that carries the records, the divisions below run to the same standard.
Turn the catalogue into a programme
Tell us the roles, the standards and the audit dates you are working to, and we will come back with a sequence and a training matrix rather than a price list.
