Tell us the course and the constraint
A useful first reply needs six facts, and this page lists them.
Send the course or the problem, the number of people, the sites and cities, the language of the room, the date constraint, and what triggered the enquiry: an audit, a finding, a standard change or a new workforce. For emergency response, add your extinguisher types and whether photography is allowed on site.

What happens after you get in touch
- 01
A short call
The six facts confirmed. That settles whether this is one course, a programme or an annual plan. A single course goes straight to a proposal.
- 02
The needs matrix
For a programme: roles mapped to the competence each one actually needs, sent to you to challenge before any course is proposed.
- 03
The proposal
Courses, order, delivery mode and dates, with the reasoning written down. It is written to be read by your HSE or quality function as closely as by procurement, and a technical proposal is available on request.
- 04
The quote
Every line shows how it was built. Emergency response is quoted per participant, with certificate issuance as its own line; other courses per course for a stated group size. Travel outside Riyadh and the Eastern Province is its own line.
- 05
Your decision
If you say no, you keep the needs matrix. It is a useful document to hold whoever ends up delivering the training.
Another division may be the better first call
If what you are describing sits somewhere else in the group, start there instead. Every division runs to the same standard.
