What this website collects

What you type into the enquiry form or a checklist request, if you use one, a count of visits, and the request data every web server sees.

There is no third-party analytics service on this site, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no chat widget, no embedded map or video, and no social tracking. The fonts are served from this site rather than from a font network, so loading a page does not tell a third party you were here. The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

Your browser makes ordinary requests to the server hosting this site, and the hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically include an IP address, the page requested and the time. Those logs exist to keep the site running and secure.

Counting visits

We count visits with our own script, on our own hosting, without cookies and without storing your IP address or any identifier.

When a page opens, your browser tells our server which page it is. When a page is loaded fresh rather than reached inside the site, your browser also passes on the name of the site that linked here, if it gives one. For a visit from outside, the server turns that name into a category and discards it: a search engine or an AI assistant by name, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, another social network, another site (without its name), or direct or unknown. Clicks on the WhatsApp, phone and email links are counted too, and so is each submission of the enquiry or checklist form that your browser accepts, against the page it happened on. Whether a submission then reached us is not part of the count.

Each count is one line in a monthly file, holding four things only: the date, the page, the kind of count and, for a visit from outside, that category. No IP address, no browser or device details, no cookie and no identifier is stored with it. The file is kept on our hosting outside the public part of the website, and only we can read it, through a key-protected report. Monthly files more than 24 months old are deleted the next time the counter records a count or we read the report.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, nothing is counted. Automated traffic that names itself as a bot is not counted, and neither is a request your browser marks as sent from another website. The request that carries a count is an ordinary web request, covered by the server logs described above.

The enquiry form

What is sentWhy
Your name, and an email address or a phone or WhatsApp numberRequired, so we can reply to you. Either the email or the number is enough.
CompanyOptional. It helps us reach the right person and scope the work.
Your answers to the routing questionsWhich division, where the work is, whether a date is driving it, or the equivalent questions on a division's own contact page. They decide who reads it first.
Your messageRequired. It is the enquiry.
Which contact page you used, and the time it was sentAdded automatically, so the enquiry reaches the right division.

It goes to our own mailbox, and nowhere else.

The form posts to a small script on our own web server. The script emails the enquiry to our company mailbox through the hosting provider's mail system and then shows you a page saying it was sent. It does not save the enquiry on the server, and nothing is passed to a marketing tool, a CRM service or anyone else.

To stop automated spam, the server allows five enquiries an hour from one network address. To count them, it keeps a small record of the times recent enquiries were sent from your address, in the server's temporary storage. Times older than an hour are ignored. That record holds no name, no email and no message.

04

Checklist requests

What is sentWhy
Your name, company and email addressRequired, so a person can send you the checklist.
Phone or WhatsApp numberOptional. Some people would rather receive it that way.
Your consentRequired. The box says we send the checklist and may contact you about it.
Which checklist, and the time you askedAdded automatically, so the right file goes to you.

A person sends the checklist. Nothing goes out automatically.

The request form posts to a second small script on our web server. It emails the request to our company mailbox and adds one line to a request list kept on the same server, in a folder the web cannot reach. Someone at ITF then sends you the checklist by email, and may follow up about it, as the consent line says.

You can ask us to remove your line from the list. The same five-an-hour limit applies as on the enquiry form, counted in a separate record: the times of recent requests from one network address, filed under a scrambled form of that address in the server's temporary storage. Times older than an hour are ignored. That record holds no name, no email and no request.

05

What happens to information you send us

We keep it for as long as it takes to answer you, and to do any work that follows.

If you contact us, by the form or any other route, we use what you send to answer you and to scope and run the work, and for nothing else.

06

Third parties

The complete list of external services this website depends on, as built:

  • A hosting provider, which serves the pages, keeps standard server logs, runs the enquiry, checklist and visit-count scripts, holds the checklist request list and the visit counts, and carries the email the scripts send to our mailbox
  • WhatsApp or your phone network, only if you choose to message or call us, under their own terms

That is the whole list.

Typefaces are self-hosted. Diagrams are drawn in the page rather than loaded as images from anywhere. There is no stock photography on this site at all, which removes another set of third-party requests as a side effect of a design decision made for other reasons.

07

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you, correct it, or delete it.

Saudi personal data law gives individuals rights over their personal data, and we will honour a request to see, correct or delete what we hold.

If a precise obligation under that law matters to your own compliance position, take advice on it rather than reading it off any supplier's website, including this one.

08

Reaching us about this

Use any route on the contact page.

Ignite The Future Company is responsible for this website and for what the enquiry and checklist forms send. WhatsApp, a phone call, an email or the form all reach the same people, and a request about personal data is handled like any other enquiry.

A question about your data

Send it the same way as any other enquiry and say it is about personal data.
