This website is published by Ignite The Future Company. Using it means accepting what is on this page.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a contract. No price appears anywhere on it, deliberately. Work is done under a signed scope of works and a signed quotation, and where those documents and this website disagree about anything, the signed documents are right.

Sending an enquiry, through the form or any other route, does not create a contract and does not commit either of us to anything.

Timelines published on service pages describe how the work normally runs. They are honest and they are not a contractual commitment until they appear in a scope you have signed.

The guides, standards notes and regulatory summaries here are written by people who do this work, and they are general. They are not legal, regulatory or professional advice about your facility, your licence or your certificate.

Regulations and schemes move, sometimes between one audit cycle and the next. Where a claim that circulates widely in this market could not be traced to a primary source, this site says so rather than repeating it, and that includes several claims a competitor will state to you as fact. Check anything load-bearing against the regulator, the scheme owner or your certification body before you act on it.

When something is wrong we correct it in place, and move the checked date where the page shows one, rather than quietly deleting the page, because a silently disappearing page is how bad information keeps circulating.

We do not accept liability for a decision taken on the basis of general information published here. That is the ordinary limit on any published guide, and it is the reason the previous section exists.

The text, the drawings and the page designs here belong to Ignite The Future Company. Quoting a passage with attribution and a link is welcome and is what a guide is for.

Republishing a guide in full, reusing the diagrams, or reproducing the page designs is not. If you want something here adapted into your own documented procedure, that is consulting work and it is available as consulting work.

Where this site links to a regulator, a standards body, a scheme owner or another source, it is so you can verify something. It is not an endorsement and it does not indicate any relationship.

References to ISO standards, to accreditation schemes and to regulators describe what a buyer has to comply with. They do not imply approval, accreditation or affiliation of any kind, in either direction.
