Tell us the standard and the deadline, and we will tell you on the call whether the deadline is real.
Start with the standard you are being asked for, who is asking for it and by when. If you hold a certificate, its expiry date is the first thing we need for a 2026 transition. A short call is usually enough to say whether a gap analysis is the right next step, or whether you need us at all.

A short call
Thirty minutes on the standard, the driver behind it, your sites and the date you are working to. We will say early if the timeline is not achievable honestly.

A scoped proposal for the gap analysis
Days on site, what we will sample, who comes, and the fee. One phase only, because quoting the whole programme before reading your system is guesswork.
- 03
The gap analysis
Two days on site for a single-site system, with the findings given verbally at the closing meeting and nothing held back for the report.
- 04
The report, then your decision
A walk-through with your team, then the report is yours. If you stop there, it is useful to anybody, including a different consultant.
