ISO consultancy in Al Khobar
For head offices beside Dhahran whose plants, projects and crews are somewhere else in the province.
Al Khobar is the head office and contractor city beside Dhahran, where Aramco has its headquarters, rather than an industrial city of its own. The companies based here usually run work across several sites, so the compliance problem is one management system that holds at every site and is audited from the head office.
- Beside
- Dhahran, Aramco's headquarters

- Aramco e-marketplace, SAP Ariba
- Typical scope
- Head office plus several sites
- System shape
- One system, site-level records
There is no Al Khobar industrial city in MODON's or the Royal Commission's lists. The plants are in Dammam and Jubail, and the offices that run them are here.
Where Khobar companies send their people
Dhahran
Aramco's headquarters, beside the city. Suppliers register through Aramco's e-marketplace, acknowledge its Supplier Code of Conduct, and work to its Construction Safety Manual on its sites.
Dammam's industrial cities
MODON ground, with MODON as landlord and licensor and the environmental permit on the national route through NCEC.
Jubail and Ras Al Khair
Royal Commission ground, where RCER sits on top of the national environmental rules and the permits come from the Royal Commission.
Client sites across the province
Projects on an operator's own premises, run under the client's permit system and safety rules rather than your own.
The companies that keep offices here
| Sector | What they need from us |
|---|---|
| Energy contractors and project offices | One system across projects, with each client's safety manual and permit rules carried into that project's documents. |
| Industrial suppliers | ISO 9001 for vendor registration, where buyers in the Aramco supply chain routinely require it. |
| Engineering and service firms | ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 for crews working on client sites, with competence records per person. |
| Facility management operators | ISO 41001 for an FM system that runs across several buildings and several service contracts. |

Do we need a separate system at each site?
No. One management system, owned at the head office, with site-specific documents underneath: the risk assessments, method statements, permits and records for each location. The scope statement names every site, and the internal audit programme reaches all of them.
Our sites follow different client rules. Can one system cope?
Yes, if the client rules live at site level. The corporate procedure says how permits are controlled; the site document says whose permit system applies there. That split is what keeps a Jubail project and a Dhahran project inside one system.
What does a typical engagement look like?
A contracting company with its head office in Al Khobar, a fabrication yard in Dammam 2nd and crews on a client site in Jubail, holding three sets of documents written at different times. We write one system at the head office, move the site rules into site documents, and set an internal audit rotation that reaches every location. The company ends up holding one manual, one master document list and one management review fed by every site.
Is there an industrial city in Al Khobar?
Not in MODON's or the Royal Commission's official lists. Khobar is the office side of the province's plants, which is why the work here is mostly about running one system across sites.
Part of one system
Every division keeps records to the same standard, so the second one you need works the way the first one did.
List the sites first
Send us where your people work, not only where your office is. The gap analysis is scoped to every site, and the report shows where each one stands against the same system.
