Book a systems audit
One week, a current-state process map you keep, and a recommendation that is sometimes to build nothing.
Tell us the process that is hurting and roughly what it costs you. Two sentences are enough. We map it with your team, produce a current-state process map, and give you a written recommendation and a fixed number if a build makes sense. We work remotely anywhere, and on site across Saudi Arabia when the job needs it.

What happens after you get in touch
- 01
A short call
Fifteen minutes on the process, who owns it and what it costs today. Enough for both of us to know whether this is worth continuing.
- 02
The mapping session
We sit with the people who actually do the work and draw the current state: every step, every handoff, every wait, and where the data really lives.
- 03
The map and the recommendation
A current-state process map and a written recommendation. Sometimes that recommendation is to change who owns a step, or to switch on a feature in a product you already pay for.
- 04
A fixed number, if there is something to build
A written specification with what is explicitly out of scope, and a fixed quotation.
- 05
Your decision
If you stop here you keep the process map and the specification. They are useful documents to hold regardless of who ends up doing the work.
Another division may be the better first call
If what you are describing sits somewhere else in the group, start there instead. Every division runs to the same standard.
