Hygienix sells six cleaning and sanitation chemicals made by a partner factory that holds SABER clearance, colour-coded cloths and the zone kit around them, and the verification instruments and dispensers a zone needs, all specified in a zone plan. The answers below cover products, the plan, colour coding, verification and ordering.
Five groups, and where each is answered in full

|---|---|---|
| The products | Who makes the chemicals, what the six are, the pack formats, where dilution lives, and tasks outside the six | FORMULA |
| The survey and the plan | How a site starts on the range, ordering without a survey, who keeps the plan, and building one yourself | The zone plan |
| Colour coding | Keeping the colours you run, what happens when a scheme has a gap, and matching the cloths | Colour coding |
| Verification | What an ATP reading shows, why strips carry no calibration certificate, and who runs the rounds | Verification rounds |

Every question, in the order of the table
Who makes the chemicals?
A partner factory with its own chemists, which holds SABER clearance. We set the products, the packs and the labels, and supply them to your site.
What are the six?
Hand sanitiser gel, sanitising tablets, a no-rinse food-contact surface sanitiser, a heavy-duty degreaser, a neutral floor cleaner and liquid hand soap.
What pack sizes are there?
Across the range: 500 ml pump bottles, 5 litre packs, 20 litre drums and tubs. The pack for each product is confirmed with your quote.
Where are the dilution and contact time?
On the label. The station charts, bottle decals and task schedules in your plan are all printed from it.
What if we need a product outside the six?
The plan names the task. It either goes to the partner factory's chemists as a custom formulation brief or keeps the product you already use.
How does a site start on the range?
With a zone survey. We walk the site, write the zone plan, and your first order is placed from its bill of materials.
Can we order without a survey?
Yes. The survey is where the quantities, positions and charts come from, which is why most sites start there.
Who keeps the plan?
You do. It is issued in your name.
Can we build a plan ourselves first?
Yes, in the configurator, and you can send it to us for review.
Do we have to change our colours?
No. We record the scheme your crew already follows and supply to it.
What if our scheme has a gap?
The findings list names it and gives a dated migration path. The decision stays yours.
Which colours do the cloths come in?
Tell us your scheme and we confirm the match with the quote.
Does a good ATP reading mean a surface is safe?
No. It means organic residue was low, which shows the clean worked. Pathogens need a laboratory swab.
Why do test strips not come with a calibration certificate?
Because they cannot be calibrated. They carry a lot number and an expiry, and the control is checking a new lot against the old one.
Who runs the swab rounds?
Your own team. The zone plan names the points, the limits, the frequency and the check sheets, and the instrument and swabs are supplied against it.
What drives the cost?
The products and packs, the number of zones and dosing positions, whether dispensers and instruments are part of the order, and delivery.
Do you work with dispensers we already have?
Yes, where they fit. The survey records them and the plan says if a ratio needs changing.
Is there a price list?
No. Every order is quoted against your site and your plan.
