Digital skills for the people holding records

Two courses on the risks and the tools that now sit on every desk, taught to staff rather than to IT.

Two courses for general staff rather than specialists: cybersecurity awareness, on phishing, payment fraud and device discipline, and AI and digital tools in operations, on using these tools inside a compliance role without losing control of the record. Neither is a technical course. Each ends in an ITF certificate of completion.

Two lanes. First, a half day of cybersecurity awareness for the people who pay suppliers, leaving one rule in writing: a changed bank detail is confirmed by a call to a number already on file, made by someone other than the person who received the request. It hands on to ITF Cyber for organisation readiness. Then, one day of AI and digital tools in operations for the people who write and approve records, leaving the rule that no record that must be attributable to a competent person is generated unattended. It hands on to ITF Digital for agents that do the reading. Start with the people who pay suppliers

Finance and procurement take the awareness half day first, because a changed bank detail is where the money leaves. The AI day follows for the people who write and approve your records.
