The skills underneath every management system

Risk assessment, root cause analysis and corrective action, taught on your own cases whatever standard you run.

Three courses that serve every management system standard at once: risk assessment, root cause analysis, and nonconformity and corrective action. They carry no prerequisite and belong to no single standard, because the risk and corrective action clauses read almost the same in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22000.

A register of three courses against four standards, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 22000, with every cell marked: risk assessment, one day; root cause analysis, one day; nonconformity and corrective action, half a day. Root cause analysis and corrective action are bracketed as a pair, a day and a half together, analysis first and the findings system second. On the QHSE coordinator path the three sit between the awareness day and the internal auditor course.THREE COURSES, EVERY STANDARD AT ONCEISOLENGTH9001140014500122000RISK ASSESSMENT1 DAYROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS1 DAYNONCONFORMITY ANDCORRECTIVE ACTION½ DAYTHE PAIR: 1½ DAYS, ANALYSIS FIRST, FINDINGS SYSTEM SECONDON THE QHSE COORDINATOR PATHAWARENESS DAYTHESE THREEINTERNAL AUDITORNO PREREQUISITE, AND NO SINGLE STANDARD

Book the root cause and corrective action pair

The two run well as a day and a half together, analysis first and the findings system second. Send three findings from your own log and the exercises are built on them.
