ITF FM works with licensed specialists for lifts, fire suppression, HV, ELV, water treatment, pesticide application, waste carriage, rope access, horticulture and statutory inspection, plus suppliers of parts and consumables. Specialists join our vendor register after a document and competence check, and work to a written scope, the site's permit regime and our evidence rules.

A vendor file drawn as a folder with six checked tabs: commercial registration, licence, VAT and Zakat, GOSI, insurance and competence, with the licence and insurance marked as carrying expiry dates. Below it, the path after approval: vendor register, a written scope per site, induction, evidence at closure and a monthly review.THE VENDOR FILESPECIALIST / TRADE / AREAS WORKEDCR WITH ACTIVITIES THAT COVER THE WORKTRADE LICENCE OR APPROVALVAT REGISTRATION AND ZAKAT CERTIFICATEGOSI CERTIFICATEINSURANCE, WITH ITS EXPIRY DATECOMPETENCE EVIDENCE PER PERSONALSO: SAMPLE METHOD STATEMENT, RISK ASSESSMENTAND YOUR RECENT SAFETY RECORDCRLICENCEEXPIRY DATEDCHASED BEFORE EXPIRYVAT AND ZAKATGOSIINSURANCEEXPIRY DATEDCHASED BEFORE EXPIRYCOMPETENCEVENDOR REGISTERFILE ACCEPTEDWRITTEN SCOPEONE PER SITEINDUCTIONBEFORE THE STARTEVIDENCEAT CLOSUREMONTHLY REVIEWON THE RECORDEVERY VISIT VERIFIED. 01

Approval waits on the file

Approval takes as long as your documents take to arrive complete, and the usual hold-up is a file that is nearly complete.

Competence evidence for the supervisor but not for the crew who will actually be on site. An insurance certificate with no expiry date on it. A CR whose listed activities do not cover the work you are offering.

None of these is hard to fix, and each one stops a specialist from being scheduled. Send the file once, complete, and it goes into the register with its expiry dates on a calendar.

What you receive

01

A place in the vendor register

Your file held with its expiry dates, and a reminder before a document lapses rather than a stop at the gate after it.

02

A written scope per site

What you are engaged to do on that site, at what frequency, before your first visit.

03

Induction and access arranged

Site inductions booked and passes applied for, so your people arrive cleared to work.

04

Monthly performance feedback

Attendance, response and recurring findings, taken from the record of your visits.

How we work with specialists

  1. 01

    The vendor file

A CR whose activities cover the work. The trade licence or approval. VAT registration, Zakat certificate and GOSI certificate. Insurance with its expiry date. Competence evidence for each person who will work on our sites. A sample method statement and risk assessment. Your recent safety record.

    Once, then on expiry
  2. 02

    A written scope

One per site, attached to the client's contract, with frequencies and the reporting we expect back.

    Per site
  3. 03

    Induction and permits

Your people are inducted before they start, and work on site runs under the site's permit regime.

    Before the first visit
  4. 04

    Evidence at closure

Every visit is verified on site. A job closes with photographs, readings and your report, and findings go into a tracker with an owner and a date.

    Every visit
  5. 05

    Monthly review

Performance reviewed on attendance, response and recurring findings.

A water treatment specialist joins the register

A cooling tower water treatment company in Dammam registers as a supplier.

Its CR, licence, insurance and staff competence evidence go into our register with expiry dates.

When a Jubail plant's contract needs cooling tower treatment, the company gets a written scope, and its technicians go through the operator's induction and site passes. Each month its dosing and sample results arrive in the client's pack with its name on them.

Questions from specialists

Q01

Can small specialists apply?

Yes. What matters is the licence, the competence and the record, not the size of the company.

Q02

Which areas do you cover?

Based in Riyadh, on site across Saudi Arabia. Tell us where your own teams are based when you register, so scopes go to specialists near the site.

Q03

How long does approval take?

As long as your documents take to arrive complete. A complete file goes straight into the register.

Q04

Will the client know who you are?

Yes. Specialists appear by name in the client's vendor register, and their reports reach the client's monthly pack with their name on them.
